The Shift Project survey is administered online through the Qualtrics platform. The reference survey instruments below are designed to clearly capture the survey content and skip patterns. The codebook is a useful tool for assessing the availability of measures by wave. These documents provide a more detailed accounting of question wording and placement for each wave.
