Student Researcher
Youyang is a PhD student in the Economics Department at Brandeis University, where her doctoral research specializes in macroeconomic housing markets and consumption patterns. She received a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Boston College and an M.A. in Political Economy from Georgetown University. From 2024, she has been a graduate research assistant at Shift. Prior to joining Shift, Youyang worked at the Bureau of Labor Statistics where she focused on labor market analysis and employment forecasting.
