Sydney Pugh

Predoctoral Fellow

Sydney received her B.A. from UNC-Chapel Hill, where she majored in Sociology and Political Science. During undergrad, her time as a research assistant at the Carolina Population Center exposed her to a variety of research striving to improve the health and well-being of populations locally and globally. Sydney’s research interests broadly center around well-being, social stratification, and how social networks act to reinforce various dimensions of stratification. Sydney currently works as a Predoctoral fellow at the Shift Project.
