Michael is an attorney at Cleary Gottlieb, where he has specialized in capital markets transactions since 2022. He holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and a B.A. from the same institution. While an undergraduate at UC Berkeley, Michael worked as a student researcher for Shift.
