Postdoctoral Fellow
Gonçalo is a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Researcher at Sciences Po and a visiting fellow with the Shift Project, where he contributes to the Strategic Enforcement Lab’s work on strategic enforcement in labor rights. He was a postdoctoral fellow with the Shift Project from 2024 to 2026. He holds a PhD in Economics from CUNY and was a Dissertation Scholar at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth.
