Postdoctoral Fellow
Gonçalo is a Post-Doctoral researcher at the Shift Project. Gonçalo’s research centers on the intersection of urban, labor, and public economics, with a focus on market power and public policy to address it. Prior to joining the Shift Project, Gonçalo was a graduate student at the CUNY Graduate Center and a Dissertation Scholar at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth.
