Kristen Harnkett and Rebecca Wolfe participated in the 77th Annual Meeting of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA), held in Seattle, WA, from June 12–15, 2025. The meeting’s program centered on the theme of “Promoting Authentic Dialogue in Polarized Times.” Kristen presented Shift’s research on Fair Workweek (FWW) laws, while Rebecca shared insights on young service sector workers and workplace climate (link to report).
