Shift Alum
Connor Williams received a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2017, with a Concentration in Analysis and Research. Prior to joining The Shift Project, Connor was a researcher at the National Council on Crime and Delinquency in Oakland, CA. Between 2020 and 2026 he worked for Shift as a data analyst at Harvard Kennedy School.
